TAE KWON DO Self Defense Starts September 12, 2005

Tae Kwon Do reduces stress, increases confidence, and helps one meet life?s daily challenges.

Every class includes exercises to promote cardio-vascular and physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, energy, and strength.
Enjoy a regular exercise program and learn to defend yourself with motivating instructors, and friendly adult classmates.

Tae Kwon Do (Korean karate), taught as part of T.U.?s Active Lifestyle noncredit program, offers those benefits and many more.

The course is taught by Chris Bartlett, Department of Art, who is a 2nd degree Black Belt, and Howard Solomon, 2nd degree Black Belt.
