Reading Tutors for Elementary School Wanted for April 2005

Do you love children? Yes? Then this is the job for you! Grab this exciting opportunity to tutor elementary students in reading this April in a Baltimore City Elementary School!

ALL applicants are welcome – you do not need to be an education major. However, you must be eligible for Federal Work Study. Contact the Financial Aid office if you are unsure about FWS – {http://onestop.towson.edu/finaid/}.

We need 10 tutors to assist in the classroom and during an after school program for 1st through 5th graders at Charles Carroll Barrister Elementary School.

The hours are 12:15pm – 4:15pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, April 5th through the 28th. Salary is $10/hour. Transportation will be provided, and you will be paid for the time spent going to and from the school. A two-part paid training is required, dates to be determined.
