Read, learn, and play during International Games Day @ your library
Albert S. Cook Library celebrates the popularity of board and video games on November 3, 2012, with the fifth annual celebration of gaming in libraries –
International Games Day @ your library.
Like so many other libraries across the country and around the world, Cook Library will offer space to play select board and card games near the leisure reading collection on the 3rd floor from Noon to 7:00pm this Saturday, November 3rd.
Discover new and classic games at our game table or bring your own games to share and play. You can continue to play library games after the event by checking into the library on FourSquare {http://bit.ly/CookLibrary} and by finding Research Relief using our trek on SCVNGR {http://bit.ly/SCVNGR_Research_Relief_Trek}.
International Games Day @ your library is a national initiative supported by the American Library Association. For more information on National Gaming Day please visit {http://ilovelibraries.org/gaming}.
