ADULT ART STUDIO

February 4 – March 10, 2012
Students will focus on developing stronger drawing and painting skills and techniques, with a concentration on intuitive approaches to water-based painting. The course will introduce and explore innovative techniques including: oil pastels with mineral oil, chalk pastels with water and creative work with ink. Concepts will be presented each week for participants to use as a springboard in which to focus on specific areas of concentration. With frequent critiques, students will be encouraged to develop their own direction. Returning students can focus on more individualized projects. Class-size is limited, please register early.
