Forging Linguistic Identities: Language in The Nation, The Region and The World

Forging Linguistic Identities: Language in The Nation, The Region and The World an International Conference will be held at Towson University in the Liberal Arts Building from March 17 through March 19, 2011.

Conference sessions will extend from Friday, March 18, 2011 beginning at 9:00 am thru Saturday, March 19. 2011 ending around 5:00 pm.

On Friday, March 18, 2011 the Keynote Speaker will be Professor Sandra Bermann, Chairperson of the Department of Comparative Literature at Princeton University. Dr. Bermann?s talk will focus on ?Questions of Identity, Relation, Language & Translation in the Writings of Edouard Glissant?.

This event will be held at 5:00 pm in Liberal Arts building room 2110.

Free Admission for Towson University Faculty and Students.
