Have you ever thought of teaching science as a career?

President Obama has called for an additional 100,000 science and mathematics teachers in the next 10 years. If you have ever considered teaching as a career and enjoy science, please join us for an information session on the secondary education tracks for Biology, Chemistry, Earth-Space Science and Physics. We will discuss the programs at Towson, scholarships and awards, early teaching experiences and our learning assistant program where students can get paid to help other students learn. We will be meeting in Smith Hall, Room 446 on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 12:30. Light refreshments will be provided.

For additional information, contact Ronald Herman, {rhermann@towson.edu}, 410-704-3011.
