TAE KWON DO self defense for beginners

Tae Kwon Do (Korean karate), taught under the auspices of the Wellness Center, offers a course for men and women who can enroll in Monday and/or Wednesday evening classes, starting Monday August 30 at 6:00-7:30pm, through the end of the semester at the Towson Center room 103. Registration may be done between Monday August 30 and Wednesday September 8.

This is a traditional martial arts class that includes exercises to promote cardio-vascular and physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, energy and strength. Enjoy a regular exercise program, reduce stress, and learn to defend yourself with motivating instructors and friendly adult classmates. The course is taught by Howard Solomon, 2nd degree Black Belt.

The cost is $80 per semester for one night a week, $150 per semester for two nights a week. To register, please bring cash or check to our first class.
