A campus wide steam outage will take place on Friday, May 28, 2004 from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. This outage is required in order to perform much needed maintenance on the steam system. During this outage, there will be no hot water in the following buildings:

Cook Library
Dowell Health
Glen Esk
Hawkins Hall
Lecture Hall
Linthicum Hall
Media Center
Newell Dining
Newell Hall
Prettyman Hall
Psychology
Residence Tower
Richmond Hall
Scarborough Hall
Smith Hall
Stephens Hall
University Union
Van Bokkelen Hall
Ward Hall
West Hall
7800 York Rd.
Cold water and toilet functions in the buildings listed above will not be affected.
During the outage, the following buildings will be without air conditioning: Hawkins Hall, Psychology, Lecture Hall.
