The Center for Amplification, Rehabilitation, & Listening (CARL) at Towson University is conducting research on the abilities of adults to understand different rates of speech.
We are currently looking for participants in the following groups:
? 18-25 year old males with normal hearing
? 18-75 year old adults with normal hearing who speak English as a Second Language (ESL)
? 50-75 year old adults with normal hearing
? 18-75 year old adults with sensorineural hearing loss
?
Participants who qualify will receive a free hearing evaluation and a $20 Target gift card.
The study requires one visit of approximately 1.5-2 hours.
