Towson University Baltimore Hebrew Institute introduces WISE opportunities. (Weekday Informal Scholarly Exchanges). Join us in the new Liberal Arts building room 3150 for our inaugural discussion series as guest speakers explore a range of contemporary topics with students. The first session from 11:30 ? 12:30 pm begins on Thursday, October 22, 2009 with speaker Rabbi Nina Beth Cardin. The topic will be Tablet Three: the next five commandments. Learn about Judaism?s ancient traditions of sustainability and environmentalism and explore how we might capture those teachings in a pithy, compelling Third Tablet.
