The College English Association ? Middle Atlantic Group will be holding their 2009 Annual Spring Conference at Towson University. The event will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2009 in Hawkins Hall, with registration starting at 8:30am.
The title for this year?s conference is ?Translations/Transgressions? and the keynote speaker will be Marianne Noble, Author and Professor of English at American University, Washington, D.C. Papers and panels on literature, language, cultural studies, composition, and pedagogy that contemplate these themes both within the discipline of English and in other areas of the humanities will be presented. A conference registration/CEA-MAG membership fee of $40 ($30 for adjunct instructors and $20 for graduate students) is required.
