Thursday:
8:00-9:00 AM: Pilates
5:30-6:15 PM: Cardio Kickboxing
6:15-6:30 PM: Ab Attack

Class Descriptions
Ab Attack: Get that six-pack you?ve always wanted! A condensed ?Abs ONLY? class to target your midsection.
Cardio Kickboxing: A kick-butt cardiovascular and muscle conditioning workout combining punches and kicks. You provide the attitude, we provide the gloves and wraps!
Pilates: This class incorporates the mind-body principles of Joseph Pilates. You will strengthen and stretch your muscles, allowing your body to increase flexibility, agility and core strength.
Power House: This powerful class combines Butts ?N Guts and Step all in one!
Step: Whether you?re a beginner or a pro, come for a step workout that will challenge your body and your brain!
Total Toning: This high-energy toning class will use weights, body bars, bands and steps to target each muscle group and blast fat from head to toe.
Yoga: Yoga integrates the mind, body and spirit through postures, which focus on strength, flexibility, breathing and quieting the mind.
