Come walk the Labyrinth – Tuesday, March 1st

Come and enjoy a relaxing and contemplative experience – journeying to your own true self. Walking the Labyrinth is an ancient spiritual practice that is thousands of years old. It is not a maze, but a walking meditation device with a single path. The Labyrinth in many shapes has apppeared on all inhabited continents in prehistory. The pattern we will be walking is the same as that on the floor of Notre Dame de Chartres outside of Paris.
