A Renaissance Christmas Festival is being held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, December 2, 3, and 4, and Thursday, Friday and Saturday, December 9, 10, and 11 at 7 PM nightly in the Newman Center, 7909 York Road, Towson, Maryland.
This night of revelry and merrymaking will take you back in time to merry olde England when Christmas was celebrated with great festivity. A full-course meal will be served and the medieval camerata will perform Christmas music along with audience participation in Christmas Caroling and entertainment. This event is a fundraiser for the Catholic Campus Ministry at Towson University. Cost is $30.00 for adults and $20.00 for Seniors and Students with ID?s. Tickets and reservations can be acquired by calling 410-828-0622 or stopping by the Center anytime Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 4 PM.
The Center is located on the east side of York Road directly across from Towson University. Access from I-695, take exit 27A Towson South to the traffic circle, follow York Road South. From Baltimore take Charles Street North to Stevenson Lane, turn right and follow to York Road and turn left. Parking is free. Come casual or wear a Renaissance costume.
