Making Campus Food Services More Sustainable

Come see what we think we can do!

We [the environmental senior seminar class] were asked to study campus food service operations and explore ways to make it more ?sustainable? for this year?s class project. We are presenting the results of our project on Friday Dec. 16 from 10:15-12:15 in the Susquehanna Terrace. Our presentation consists of a series of posters in which different topics/issues/suggestions/challenges are explored. You are welcome to join us at any time between 10:15 and 12:15. There is no ?formal? presentation.
