Senior Meredith Budner (Walter Johnson H.S./Rockville, Md.) of the four-time Colonial Athletic Association champion women?s swimming and diving team and senior Marco Mangione (Calvert Hall H.S./Parkville, Md.) of the men?s soccer team were named as Towson University?s Female and Male Athlete of the Year award winners, it was announced at the annual Athletic Awards Banquet in the Towson Center on Monday night.
