TOWSON, Md. ? Sophomore Meredith Budner of the Colonial Athletic Association champion Tigers will become the second female swimmer in school history to compete in the NCAA Division I Women?s Swimming Championships, it has been announced by NCAA officials.
The NCAA Championships will take place at the Student Recreation Center Natatorium on the campus of Texas A&M University from Thursday, March 19 to Saturday, March 21.
?This is a tremendous achievement for Meredith, our TEAM and our alumni,? Towson Coach Pat Mead said. ?Her success is the culmination of so many people working towards this goal. I am honored to have had the opportunity to coach her and the team this year.?
