The deadline to get your tickets to see the highly-anticipated Towson at Navy football game on August 30 is fast approaching. A limited number of seats in the Towson Tiger section are still available and you have until July 31 to secure them. Tickets are $32 each, and you can reserve your seats for this historic game by visiting the University Union box office or calling 410-704-2244.
When the Tigers open the football season in Annapolis on August 30 at 3:30 p.m., it will mark the first-ever game between Towson and a Football Bowl Subdivision (I-A) program. Last year Navy won the Commander-In-Chief Trophy, beat Notre Dame for the first time in more than 40 years and played in the Poinsettia Bowl.
Led by senior quarterback Sean Schaefer, the Tigers have posted two winning seasons in the last three years. Schaefer enters his senior year as the NCAA FCS active leader with 8,358 career passing yards.
The Tigers? season opener at Navy marks the start of a challenging 12-game schedule. The Tigers open their home schedule on September 6 against Morgan State at Johnny Unitas ? Stadium. Season tickets for the six-game Tiger football home schedule are priced at $50 for adults and $30 for youth (17 and under). As an added perk, Towson Faculty & Staff can purchase adult tickets for the season for only $30.
