MEN’S BASKETBALL: Student bus trip information

Towson Athletics and Campus Life are offering an AMAZING opportunity for students to travel to Richmond, Virginia, for the CAA Men?s Basketball Tournament March 7-10 – all for next to nothing!

Towson will provide the coach bus transportation, tickets to the games and hotel accommodations in Richmond exclusively for our student fans. In addition, students will receive breakfast each morning and a special invitation to a pep rally at the CAA Tournament headquarters with other Towson alumni and fans. The value of this package is approximately $240 per person. TU students can go for as little as $25!

Some of the details of the trip can?t be decided until the seeding is finalized after the regular season ends on March 1. However, we will leave campus on Friday, March 7, and we?ll stay through Sunday?s Semifinals as long as the team advances through the tournament. (We?ll get you back for classes on Monday. If we make the Championship Game, you know we?ll send you back!) It might be one game, or it could be three. When it comes to the excitement of March Madness, you?re always living day to day and game to game!

There are two rooming options that will determine your cost. We?ll be staying at the Holiday Inn Express. For the $25 trip cost, you and three other fans can share a room each night. Or, you and a friend can share a double room, and the cost for the whole trip will increase to only $50 per person. Still dirt cheap for a once-in-a-lifetime road trip experience!

You can reserve your spot on this killer road trip today by visiting the Ticket Office in the Union and signing up! Space is limited. Students need to RSVP for a spot on the trip by noon on Tuesday, March 4.
