Towson University’s Gary Neal, who was among the top five scorers in the nation during the 2006-07 men’s basketball season, has been named to the 2007 College Insider Mid-Major All-America Team.
The team is composed of 21 players selected by a panel of Division I coaches, National Basketball Association scouts and the collegeinsider staff.
