On Saturday, September 24 at 2 p.m. at the Towson Library, Barry Leven, a retired 38 year veteran of Navy Intelligence and the CIA, and currently instructor for the Auburn Society, will discuss what went wrong and what can we do to defend against terrorists without upsetting the balance between liberty and security.
