Halloween Party to Fight Domestic Violence

Who: The Golden Key International Honor Society and The Women and Leadership club

What: Fundraising Halloween Party to Fight Domestic Violence for the House of Ruth with Live DJ, Costume Contest, Bake sale, apple bobbing, and so much more.

Where: Susquehanna Terrace at the University Union

When: October 31, 2006 from 7-10 p.m.

Why: The House of Ruth is an inspiring organization that supports women and children who have been affected by domestic violence and the full array of difficulties that can afflict women and their children. The volunteers of The House of Ruth help women with their physical and emotional health, teach them necessary life skills, educate in child rearing, and empower all while providing them with a safe and encouraging environment for themselves and their offspring.
