The Women’s Forum brings together the women of the University System of Maryland in order to enhance the status of women, foster networking among women and encourage the participation of women in all facets of the system. Among other things, the USM Women’s Forum fosters achievements in students, faculty and staff members through various scholarship/award programs. All student scholarships and faculty research awarded by the foundation are available to men and women.
Applications are now available for student scholarships, faculty research awards and staff professional development awards. Applications and additional information on each program is available at {http://usmwf.usmd.edu/}. The deadline for submissions is June 15, 2008.
