West Village
? Emerson Drive, Lot 22, and the Lot 22 is being paved.
? Concrete curbs and gutters are being installed at the edge of lot 17 toward the new West Village buildings.
? Continuing earthwork operations, storm drain, sewer and water line work in the West Village area, with trucks running through lots 18 and 22.
? Rough grade earthwork for Emerson East-West with trucks of dirt coming from behind Millennium Hall to Lot 18/22 area.
? The concrete retaining wall is being formed and stained south of Towson Run.
? Electrical ductbank work off the edge of Towsontown Boulevard. Work will involve trenching across Emerson Drive entrance with traffic restricted to one lane. Traffic management controls will be in place.
Central Utility Plant Addition
? Steel is being erected for the addition and will be completed this week
? Door frames are being set for the building
? Concrete that will serve as the base for the building?s deck and roof is being poured this week
College of Liberal Arts
? Underground utilities are complete
? An air/vapor barrier is being installed on the south, west and north sides of the building
? Brick is being laid on the south and west facades of the building, with cast stone being set as the work progresses
? Wall layout is completed on the 380′ level of the building, and in progress on the 395′ level.
? Early roofing work is scheduled to begin in late May or early June
