Network maintenance will be performed Sunday, April 13 from 6 a.m. until noon. During this time the vast majority of network services will be intermittently unavailable including but not limited to:
– Blackboard
– Peoplesoft (production and reporting environments) including ?Inside? and all online services
– All Faculty/Staff email services
– Pylon
– MediaSite (Digital Media Classroom)
– Maintenance Connection
– Tiger ? Student Email and network shares
– Oracle databases that are hosted on Datastore
– Network File Shares: Deptshare (O drives), Homeshare (H drives) and Customshare
– Virtual Workspace
Although the entire maintenance window is being planned for, most of these services will only be unavailable for a portion of the time.
When all of the maintenance work has been completed, a post will be made to the OTS alerts Web site {http://alerts.towson.edu}.
