The PeopleSoft Financials implementation is underway and preparing to go live in the summer of 2008. The new application will replace the FRS system and offer online, anytime access to financial information, as well as up-to-the-minute financials and increased capability for data analysis.
All individuals involved with a departmental budget?even those who simply use their departmental budget code for purchases?should stay up to date on the project, as it will modify business processes currently in use. In the coming weeks, information on these modifications will be posted in the Daily Digest and on the Web.
