HOW TO PURCHASE YOUR PERMIT
Student parking permits will be available for purchase 9 a.m. Wednesday, August 1. To purchase your permit online, follow the links on the parking web page to the eParking site. You will need your TU ID and password/log-in to purchase your permit online. Permits may also be purchased through the mail or in person at the Auxiliary Services business office. Payment must be made in full with a credit card, check (mail in/walk-in only) or cash (walk-in only).

Freshmen resident students may not purchase a permit for the 2007/2008 academic year. However, students may place their name on the freshmen waitlist for a permit. The freshman waitlist opens at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 1. Should space become available during the semester, notifications will be sent in the order waitlist entries were received, informing students of their eligibility to purchase a permit.

GENERAL PERMIT INFORMATION- New Changes
Permits are only valid in the lot(s) designated on the permit. In the event that a particular lot is full, permit holders should park in an available overflow lot. Overflow lots include the lots located around the Towson Center and Unitas Stadium. After 3 p.m. individuals with any valid permit may also park in core campus commuter lots.

Parking and Transportation Services pre-determines parking areas for resident students based on the student?s on-campus living assignment.

Glen Towers (Lot 26 Permits)
Due to a limited number of spaces available, not every resident of the Glen Towers will be able to obtain a lot 26 permit. As such, priority will be given to Glen Towers juniors, seniors and graduate students. Juniors and above (60 credits+) will be given the opportunity to purchase their permits beginning July 30 at 9 a.m. At 9 a.m. Wednesday, August 1, all non-freshmen residents will be able to purchase lot 26 permits.

Once all spaces for this lot have been sold, residents wishing to purchase a permit will have the option to purchase a Towson Center permit and register for the lot 26 waiting list.

North Campus Housing (Lot 7 Permits)
During the Towsontown Garage expansion, lot 7 permits will be recognized in Lot 7a, behind West Hall, and in the commuter areas of the Towsontown Garage. Once the expansion opens (projected date of January 2008), a specific area of the expansion will be dedicated to lot 7 permit holders.

WEST VILLAGE PERMITS (FORMERLY TOWSON RUN)
Throughout the fall and spring semesters, a variety of construction projects will impact the location and availability of parking in this area. Please pay close attention to signs and posted information. As a reminder, West Village permits are not valid in lot 17 next to Enrollment Services or in the Millennium Hall parking areas. Overflow parking is available at the Towson Center lots.

MILLENNIUM HALL
Students residing in Millennium Hall should contact Capstone Management to obtain a parking permit for Millennium lots. If a student is unable to obtain a Millennium Hall permit, they may purchase a TU-issued Towson Center permit, recognized only in Towson Center lots.

Anyone who has not received their new permit 14 business days after purchase should contact the Auxiliary Services business office at 410-704-2284.

New permits may not be used until August 15, 2007. Current student permits expire August 31, 2007.
