The FY 2008 budget was developed to address these issues:
– the increase to faculty salaries resulting from tenure and promotion decisions
– the allocation of need-based financial aid
– the allocation of merit and COLA increase to employees
– meeting mandatory cost increases such as utilities and system-wide debt service
– meeting mandatory facilities renewal and replacement requirements
