In support of Baltimore County’s early voting program, the front visitor portion of lot 23 will be reserved for voters September 3 through 9 and October 22 through 28. Visitors who have been issued departmental visitor codes may obtain their permits and then park in the back of lot 24. All other visitors should be directed to the first level of Glen Garage or the Towsontown Garage. Visitors with handicap permits may access the handicap visitor spaces in lot 23, if available. The 20-minute meters at the front part of the lot will still be accessible.
