Please join the Towson University Staff Council (TUSC) and Brian Ricketts from Campus Recreational Services for a one-hour introductory class on how to use the TU rock climbing wall at Burdick Hall. Attendees will learn what equipment is available to borrow and how to use it, rules and safety procedures, appropriate clothing, climbing terminology, balance, weight shifting, hand/foot placement and much more! Attendees may be standing or sitting on the floor or an exercise ball for the instructional portion, and some or all will get a chance to wear the gear and try the wall, so please dress appropriately in comfortable clothing.
