Towsontown Garage
Construction on University Avenue, including the reconfiguration of the entrance to Towsontown Garage, is scheduled to begin May 24 and continue throughout the summer. A portion of University Ave. in front of the garage will be closed during the summer, however vehicles will be able to enter the garage using both entrances and park as usual.
The second level pedestrian walk way will be closed during the summer until the construction project is completed. Pedestrians will need to exit the garage at either end and walk around the CLA building to access the core campus. To allow easier access to core campus buildings, handicap spaces in Towsontown Garage will be relocated to lot 9, adjacent to the Union. The roadway and pedestrian walkway will reopen prior to the beginning of the fall semester.
Lot 9A, Burdick Hall
Effective May 24, lot 9A (adjacent to Burdick Hall) will be closed throughout the summer. Aramark trucks will have limited access to the lot, but all other vehicles will need to park in alternate locations including lot 9 (which is scheduled to remain open through the summer), or in the Towsontown or Union garages.
