The Towson University Police Department will offer a free Rape, Aggression and Defense (RAD) course for female students this spring.
RAD is dedicated to teaching women defense against various types of assault by utilizing easy and effective self-defense tactics. RAD conducts hands-on defense training, beginning with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance.
The course will be held from 6 ? 9 p.m. Mondays from April 6 until April 27. The class location will be provided to participants upon registration confirmation.
