SOFTWARE TIP OF THE WEEK
Outlook 2010: Using Schedule View in Outlook 2010
In the past, you could only view multiple calendars side-by-side in Outlook. Outlook 2010 makes it easier to view multiple calendars with the new Schedule view. Schedule view displays multiple calendars stacked on top of one another, so you can easily compare calendars.
1. Click the Calendar button in the Navigation Pane. The Calendar appears.
2. Click the Home tab on the Ribbon and click the Schedule View button in the Arrange group. The Calendar changes to Schedule view.
3. Select the other calendars you wish to view in the Navigation Pane.
4. The calendars display stacked on top of one another in the Calendar pane.
