Changes to the parking policy have been announced in the Daily Digest, in forums, and in eTU throughout the past year. Please plan ahead for changes in the rate structure for visitor parking. These rates become effective on July 1, 2007. Departments may choose to pay parking fees for their visitors/guests or allow the visitors/guest to pay the fees. If departments choose to pay the fees, they should plan for this expense in their budgets. For more information, visit the Parking Services website at {parking.towson.edu}.
Visitor Rates:
General Guests (Fee paid by visitor/guest)
Core Campus Visitor Lots – $2.00/hour, $12.00/day flat rate
Towson Center Lots – $2.00/hour, $6.00/day flat rate.
Department Guests (if fee is paid by Department ) – These are
discounted rates.
Core Campus Visitor Lots – $4.00/day flat rate
Towson Center Lots – $3.00/day flat rate.
Short Term Meter Spaces – $2.00/hour
Evening Rate valid after 3 p.m. – $2.00/day valid in commuter and overflow lots.
Summer Rates – $2.00/day flat rate, $6.00 for weekly permit, $20.00 monthly permit – valid in commuter, visitor and overflow lots
