The University will be having Open Sessions for the campus to meet the candidates for the position of Vice President of Administration and Finance and Chief Fiscal Officer. The first Open Session will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2005, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in Smith Hall, Room 326.
The first candidate will be: Mr. Terrence Smith. Mr. Smith is currently the Senior Associate Vice President, Operations & Planning at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and has been there since 1986. Previous to being at UMB, Mr Smith was Associate Vice President, Business & Finance Director, Financial Operations at Towson University.
There will be three additional candidates on campus on the following dates: September 12, 13, and 21. Please watch the Daily Digest for their names and open session schedules.
