UPDATE: Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with Esmeralda Santiago

Esmeralda Santiago, author of ?When I was Puerto Rican? will be visiting Towson University on Wednesday, October 4th. Santiago will first speak with students during a question & answer session at 3:00 PM in the Potomac Lounge. Later, at 7:00PM in Stephens Auditorium, Santiago will give a formal book reading.

Campus Life will also host 2 showings of her video ?Writing a Life.? This is a 1 hour documentary about the power of words to transform lives. These showings will now take place on Tuesday, October 3rd in the University Union Loch Raven Room at 11:00 AM and again at 1:00 PM.
