MFA candidate April Wood works in metals and organic materials. She crafts artwork that speaks to issues of food consumption and the rituals associated with eating in the age of fast food, TV dinners and disposable silverware. Her art suggests history references, sensuality and a direct connection to the physicality of the human experience. It stirs the senses, while probing the darker areas of carnality, fetishism, control and gluttony.

Admission is free.
