The Clothesline Project is a visual display that bears witness to violence against women. Throughout this school year, TU has been creating its own clothesline of shirts that have been decorated to represent a particular women’s experience. Shirts can be created by the survivor herself or by someone who cares about her.
The Sexual Assault Peer Educators invite survivors to come to the Counseling Center (Glen Esk Building) at 2pm on February 24th for an intimate gathering of those interested in making a shirt for the Clothesline Project. Hot chocolate and scones will be served. If you have any questions, please contact Cathy Sullivan-Windt at 410-704-2512.
Alternatively, those who are interested can pick up a FREE t-shirt to decorate at the Center for Student Diversity (UU313) or the Counseling Center (Glen Esk Building). T-shirt making supplies are available for use at both locations.
