For all the faculty, staff and students who have registered, THANK YOU for showing your Tiger Pride and representing Towson University at this year?s Towson Area July Fourth Parade! It is always loads of fun. Here are the details?
TIMELINE
9:30-10:30 a.m.
Complimentary breakfast at PAWS (Union, 1st floor)
? Commemorative t-shirts and lots of patriotic accessories will be distributed here. (There will be extra bottled water to take on the parade route.)
10:30 a.m.
Parade starts
? We are part of Division 3 in the lineup, which is located on Towson Blvd. between the intersection at Burke and the Police Station. You won?t be able to miss Doc and his cage!
PARKING
We will not have designated parking so if you are driving, you may park in any legal space. There should be plenty of spaces in the Union Garage. Please remember that parts of York Road, Burke Avenue, and Towsontown Blvd. will be closed for the parade so plan your route accordingly.
STUDENT ATHLETES
We would love for you to wear your team jerseys! It is a great opportunity to rally the crowd around Tiger athletics and hand out your Fall schedules.
