System maintenance will be performed from 6 a.m. to noon Sunday, June 5. During this time, the entire Cook Data Center will experience service interruptions. The vast majority of services hosted in the data center will experience a service interruption during the maintenance.
Service interruptions include but are not limited to: faculty and staff email; PeopleSoft Campus Solutions/Financials/Portal; BlackBoard; ImageNow, Oracle and MS SQL databases; most departmental applications; Tiger and Triton; shared network drives (H: and O:); and Web services.
As maintenance is completed, posts will be made to the OTS alerts website, {http://alerts.towson.edu}.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services? maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. to noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
