Reminder to all Key Holders

It is important to report any lost or stolen keys to your departmental key coordinator as soon as the loss occurs. The departmental key coordinator should notify the central key coordinator immediately to discuss any potential security problems and any emergency action that needs to be taken. If the key was lost on campus, or if it was lost off campus and there is something on the key that connects it to the university, the campus police should be contacted so that a police report can be filed.
