University Adopts ClamXav Antivirus Software for Mac Computers

Towson University has chosen an alternative to McAfee VirusScan, the antivirus software that is currently running on university Mac computers. After completing research at other universities and testing ClamXav, the Office of Technology Services recommends installing ClamXav antivirus software on university and personal Macs.
