Due to extensive construction in the area, from May 25 through August 22, 2011 Parking & Transportation will operate a shuttle to allow faculty/staff who are unable to park in the General Services lot (Lot 10) the ability to get access to the building. It will also provide access for faculty/staff and students to the #11 MTA west bound bus stop near the Versailles apartments. For safety reasons MTA will be temporarily suspending service to the #11 west bound stop at University Ave and Towsontown Blvd.
The construction shuttle will operate Monday ? Friday, excluding holidays, with stops at General Services, Lot 11 (just outside the Union Garage), as well as at the MTA #11 bus route stops on the south side of Towsontown Garage near Burdick Hall and westbound side of Towsontown Blvd near the Versailles apartments. The shuttle will run continuous loops during the hours of 7:45 ? 9 a.m. and 3:30 ? 5 p.m.
It is recommended during the summer that faculty/staff unable to park in Lot 10 at General Services utilize the Union Garage or Lot 11 for parking and catch the construction shuttle at the Lot 11 stop.
