Appointment of Dean of the College of Education

On behalf of President Robert L. Caret, I am pleased to announce the selection of Raymond P. Lorion, professor, Psychology in Education Division, at the University of Pennsylvania as the dean of the College of Education. Dr. Lorion earned a B.S. from Tufts University in Psychology and French and a Ph.D. from the University of Rochester in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Lorion will join the college on July 1, 2004.
Please join me in welcoming Dr. Lorion to Towson University, and assisting him in his transition.
