2003 American Democracy Project Lectures featuring Former Vice President Al Gore: November 11 and 25, 2003
President Caret and Interim Provost Leather cordially invite students, faculty and staff to participate in the 2003 American Democracy Project Lectures on November 11 and 25. Former Vice-President Al Gore will present two lectures about democracy and civic involvement, via satellite downlink from Middle Tennessee State University. The topic for Tuesday, November 11 will be “Media and Democracy,” followed by “Race and Democracy” on Tuesday, November 25.
Both programs will be available for viewing in Smith Hall, Rm. 356 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
