Do You Bleed Black & Gold?
Make your way to the Towson Center this evening for the Black Out Double-Header when the Women’s team takes on the Mids of Navy @ 5 p.m. followed by the Men’s game against Atlantic 10 opponent the St. Joseph’s Hawks. During each game a Nintendo Wii game system will be raffled off to a couple of lucky fans.
The night is not only a Black Out night but also the Toys for Tots night. When you bring a packaged toy or stuffed animal you can park for free at the Towson Center. Make sure to stop by the Towson University Ticket Office through out the day to pick up your tickets for this great event. For students, as always, all home contests are free with your OneCard. Stop by the University Book Store today to pick up the official Black Out T-shirt at the special price of $5!
Below is a listing of some great events on campus leading to the Black Out Double-Header
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Shoot Out under the Lecture Hall. Winners will receive movie prizes redeemable at the game.
3:30 pm – 5:00 pm: Pre-game Tailgate Party at the Auburn Pavilion featuring the band Shape & Color.
5:00 pm: TIP-OFF with the first 200 people receiving a free t-shirt! During half-time there will be games and activities with chances to win prizes. Also, enter the raffle with a chance to win a Nintendo Wii!
Today also be on the look out for the Black Out Patrol rewarding those Tiger faithful who are wearing black today in preparation for the double-header tonight.
