Towson Football ? Celebrate Homecoming at Saturday?s Game
Towson Tigers Football is home again in Unitas Stadium this Saturday, October 30, against the Rhode Island Rams at 3:30 p.m. The game is presented by Geico, Bob Davidson Ford Lincoln Mercury, and the 2011 Ford Fiesta. Towson students receive free admission with a OneCard. Towson faculty / staff receive one free ticket when showing their OneCard at the stadium ticket office on game day. Activities at the game will feature:
Announcement of the Homecoming Court
The Homecoming Court will be announced at halftime of the game so it?s your chance to find out who Towson?s King and Queen of 2010 will be.
Doc?s Halloween Parade
Children attending the game in costume can participate in Doc?s costume parade on the track prior to kickoff. All parade participants should be in the stadium no later than 3pm to participate.
Basketball Press at the Football Game
Both the men?s and women?s basketball teams will be on-site in the tailgate lots distributing schedule cards prior to kickoff. During the game the teams will be recognized on the field and be available after the recognition to sign autographs on the concourse through halftime.
Enter-Win-Contest for Apple iPads
All students that attend the game will have the opportunity to participate in an enter-to-win contest for Apple iPads generously donated by Towson alum Jeff Leventhal, Class of 1993. Two students will each win an iPad and be recognized on the TigerVision video board during the fourth quarter.
