The women’s lacrosse team faces long time local rival UMBC in today’s home opener at 4pm.
Like all Towson athletic events, admission is free for students, faculty and staff with your OneCard. Schedule magnets will be given away to all fans in attendance.
If you cannot make the game, it will also be webstreamed on TowsonTigers.com. Current Towson student Valerie Bragg returns to do the play-by-play while women’s lacrosse alum Britt Woodfield will provide the color commentary. The audio of the game is only available by purchasing the webstreaming.
The Tigers are looking for another CAA Championship and a berth in the NCAA Tournament. The Tigers are also hosting the NCAA Women’s Lacrosse Championships for the third straight year and they would love to be a part of it in 2010. Help them get there by cheering them on today!
