The Tigers will host a consolation bracket of the Preseason WNIT on November 20 and 21 it was announced on Saturday afternoon by the tournament officials. The bracket will consist of the Tigers, North Carolina A&T, Chicago State and Winthrop.
North Carolina A&T, will face Chicago State in the first game on Friday at 5 p.m. North Carolina A&T lost to Marist in the first round while Chicago State fell to Bowling Green. In the second game on Friday, the Tigers will play host to Winthrop. Tip time on that game is set for 7:30 p.m. The Tigers fell at West Virginia in the first round while Winthrop dropped a decision to Georgia Tech.
On Saturday, the losing teams from Friday will face each other at 5 p.m. Friday’s two winning teams will face each other at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday evening.
Ticket prices for the games will be $5 for adults and $3 for kids.
