On Friday, October 16 the Towson University Athletic Hall of Fame will welcome it’s newest members at the annual dinner and induction ceremony, which begins at 7:00 pm in the Cheasapeake Room of the University Union. This year’s induction class includes Mike Bruno ’76 (Soccer), Carrie Leger ’96 (Gymnastics), Mark Orlando ’95 (Football) and Meilani Smith Snellenberger ’96 (Swimming & Diving). In addition, the 1976 Tiger Football team, which played for the NCAA Division III championship in the Stagg Bowl, will be honored as a Team of Distinction.
Tickets for the dinner are $75 and registration is available online. Hall of Fame Members and friends can also sign up for a special pre-game tailgate prior to the Football game vs Delaware on October 17 in the Auburn Pavillion.
